Years of working on some of the largest mining and gas projects in the world has taught us that periodic inspections and maintenance is crucial to ensuring integrity-critical operational compliance is met and your processing plants are operating at 100%. We can also conduct internal vessel inspections to remove the requirement for traditional hazardous confined space entries.
Previous inspection techniques meant that isolations were required and production rates were immediately affected, resulting in significant loss of profit.
With the use of aerial inspection technology, there is no longer a need to isolate, no need to erect scaffold, use EWP’s or resort to dangerous and expensive rope-access technicians. We can fly higher than any EWP can possibly reach and we can conduct an entire inspection faster than scaffolders have loaded up their truck with equipment let alone putting on their harnesses.
We can also automatically fly the exact same path as previous missions so you can compare photos over time to see any defects or trend deterioration over time!
On the Hierarchy of control table, elimination is at the top of the list. We can ELIMINATE the requirement for working at heights and minimise the ”dropped object’ potential, all whilst keeping production flowing. All this leads to increased safety, reduced downtime saving you time and of course, MONEY!
Thermal Capabilities
We use the latest technology with pin point accuracy. We can deliver end to end solutions no matter what the requirement. As you can see in the adjacent photos, the thermal data can provide essential information that the human eye cannot see. Applications can be anything from solar panels, lighting, conveyor belt rollers, motor bearings and even damaged joints or pinhole leaks on high pressure gas pipelines.
Zoom Capabilities
Our state of the art cameras can zoom into pick up the smallest details from a safe distance. In the adjacent photos, the drone is 30 metres clear of the powerline. After zooming in, we can clearly see the stamp on the clamp.
We have been able to see objects from up to 60km away which is great for scoping your communication networks. We strictly adhere to all privacy guidelines and regulations.
We also have the capability to use a high resolution grid which first takes a wide photo and then more detailed photos within the wide angle. This is great for future reference or if external engineering is required and can save on costly site visits!

As per the powerline on the Right and the associated close up view, this gives the end user the ability to go straight to problem areas instead of clicking through thousands of endless photos which increases workflow productivity.
